When we go to Disney for Christmas, we have our stockings but don't take gifts along. We got home from Florida late Sunday night and the adults had work on Monday - including a late night project for me - and Tuesday, so we finally celebrated at home on Tuesday night. The fun part was that the snow started that day and we had a White Christmas!
William's cousins sent coordinating gifts without knowing it! He got a Star Wars apron and personalized hat from one and Star Wars utensils from another! John and I aren't big on gifts for one another but he wrapped up all the bathroom fixtures that I asked him to pick and order for our master bath reno. Turned out to be a great use of something we already had to get!
Since we had traveled, we chose to isolate at home for the remainder of break to make sure William was safe to return to school. He spent several days of break building the Disney railroad set that was his big Christmas gift. And then John lit it and they set it up under the Christmas tree for me to enjoy!
