Our neighbor hood is full of ducks this mating season. Here's a picture of two males in hot pursuit of a female as they pass through our yard. We also have geese flying over our house all the time due to several small ponds/fountains at the entrances to our subdivision. I don't have much appreciation for their noise or their droppings all over the sidewalks.
However, I suppose I should appreciate that they haven't roosted on any of my property. I spotted two geese perched on top of a Jeep Cherokee in a parking lot last week. They looked like they were settled in for a long stay!
