Almost every Tuesday during the summer months there is a concert by the Navy Band at the Navy Memorial on Pennsylvania Avenue, which is immediately next to my favorite metro station. I always forget about the concert until I round the corner and hear the music. That happened to me tonight. It just put a big smile on my face. It's my favorite part of Tuesday.
