On Saturday the 7th, we took a family trip to the city for National Train Day. So, of course, we had to ride the train! Will LOVED it and spent the entire trip (both ways) smiling and chattering about all the things in the train and out the windows. {Editor's note: I'm happy to report that the "playground face plant off the jungle gym" scab is already healed.}
We went to the train days, but we didn't see anything for little kids, so we grabbed lunch and decided to go to the Sears Tower Skydeck. It was overcast with some rain, but the lines were short!
I discovered that the building where I work has a green roof!
